Extras Repairs I will repair any of my pieces that have broken free of charge (you pay the shipping).
If you lose one of a pair of earrings I can often make another set that closely resembles that pair; it is often hard to match beads exactly and a new similar pair is usually required. Mail me the one you have and I will see what I can do.
Returns NO ITEMS can be returned without prior authorization. Email or Call me before shipping back.
Items can be returned within 20 days from date of purchase as long as it is in the original condition.
Custom items can not be returned.
YOU are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. If the package is lost or the items are damaged on the return voyage YOU are responsible and your money will NOT be refunded. I will help you with your claim for recovery with the shipper.
Upon successful return I will issue a refund minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the time and effort it takes to undo the order, computer time, issue the refund and return the items to inventory. The refund will be issued exactly as you paid for the purchase (i.e.: Visa, PayPal).

- Customs Orders I am happy to work with you but please do not ask me to copy the work of another artist.
Because I am making something just for you, your custom order will need to be paid at the time the order is placed.
Shipping Jewelry is shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a cost of $7.50. If you have a need to over night please let me know and I will ship via UPS and the cost will be what they charge plus $2.50 for.
Currently we ship only within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. For Canada and Puerto Rico call or email and I will get you the price for shipping.
Delivery Time All items are handmade by yours truly. All items shown are in stock unless marked Sold.
In general we ship out items the day the order comes in or the next day. If you have a deadline (holiday event, birthday, etc.) please let me know and I will work with you to ensure that you can meet the deadline.
Payment I accept payment via credit card directly (Visa and Mastercard) or through Paypal
Warranty Please remember that each piece is handcrafted so, while I do production pieces that are similar, no two creations will be exactly the same. I offer a limited lifetime warranty. If any piece breaks through normal wear and tear I will attempt to repair it for free. If I deem that the damage was not due to normal wear and tear or if very difficult to repair, I will quote a cost to complete the repair. If the piece cannot be repaired, I will offer a discount on a replacement piece.
I reserve the right to change prices and designs at any time without notice. I will not honor errors in pricing but will give you a $5.00 credit against future orders for any pricing error you bring to my attention.
